No. In California, medical groups are owned by physicians — and ours are. Rancho Health provides business services to those groups under contract. Your clinic’s medical group is still physician-owned, and physicians direct your care.
Your statement comes from your medical group. Our billing team may be the one who answers when you call about it — and they can walk you through every line.
Your records stay with your medical group and are handled under HIPAA. Access is limited to the people involved in your care and the staff who support it.
